We select charities and NGO's that have a strong focus on mental health. They provide mental health services for communities, women and children and marginalized people. Many of them also help with medical treatment, shelter and food or social justice.

Women and girls are still underserved globally when it comes to aid and especially mental health services. We want to change this. Girls who get support, are empowered to make brave choices for their lives and become women who inspire whole communities. This helps everyone.
