We're a small startup focused on sustainability and low-waste production. So to keep waste extremely low, we produce most of our skincare only after you have placed an order. Currently you can expect your order to arrive within 10 - 21 days, depending where you are located. As the company grows, we will improve on our logistics and you will get your order faster, we promise!

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene laws, we hope you understand that we currently can't accept returns for skincare products. Digital products can't be returned either. But you have 30 days to return the sweatshirt for a refund. Just contact us.

At the moment we can offer customized packaging. The design of the box and bottle can be adapted to your taste (e.g. the moisturizer can be named "Your name's moisturizer etc.). Minimum order quantity is 5 items per category. We don't offer individualized skincare formulas as there is no way to make it sustainable and economical.
